7 | Ounce(oz) | chocolate biscuits, crushed | |
3 | Ounce(oz) | butter, melted | |
1 | Teaspoon(t) | cinnamon, ground |
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease the bottom and sides of a 9 by 3 inch spring form tin. For the base, mix the crushed biscuits with butter and cinnamon. Press evenly onto the bottom of the tin. Melt the chocolate in the top of a double boiler, or in a heatproof bowl set over hot water. Set aside. Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then beat in the sugar and vanilla. Add the eggs, 1 at a time. Stir the sour cream into the cocoa powder to form a paste. Add to the cream cheese mixture. Stir in the melted chocolate. Pour into the crust. Bake for 1 hour. Let cool in the tin; remove rim. Refrigerate before serving.
