Ingredients

1 3/4 Cup(c)  non dairy milk
1/2 Cup(c)  non dairy chocolate chips
1/2 Cup(c)  evaporated cane juice or granulated sugar
1/2 Cup(c)  canola oil
2 Cup(c)  all purpose flour
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  salt
1 Teaspoon(t)  baking soda
1 Teaspoon(t)  baking powder
1/3 Cup(c)  unsweetened cocoa powder

Preparation

In a mixing bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, mix together 1 1/2 cups of the milk, oil and sugar. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir until there are virtually no lumps, adding more milk if your mixture is too thick. Fold in the chocolate chips. Preheat a frying pan over high heat. You can use nonstick spray if you don't have a really good nonstick pan. Drop about 1/2 cup of batter onto the hot skillet and cook until the edges begin to lift and the uncooked side is nice and bubbly. Flip and cook for an additional minute.
