Recipe Description
These chocolate cookies are very versatile. If you do not flatten them before baking, they become pretty little domed cookies. Pressed to a 1/2 inch thickness (as in the directions), they are a traditional soft chocolate cookie. And finally, pressed to a 1/4 inch thickness (and baked for about ten minutes), they become a crisp cookie. The flavor of these cookies is quite chocolaty, but there is room for up to 1 cup of chocolate chips, if desired.
