Serves Tool

Serves To:USMetric
1 Cup(c)  heavy whipping cream
1 Ounce(oz)  unsweetened chocolate square
1 Cup(c)  semisweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 Cup(c)  milk chocolate chips
2 Tablespoon(T)  butter
1 Teaspoon(t)  vanilla
3/4 Pound(lb)  white chocolate candy coating

In heavy saucepan, heat cream until it just begins to simmer around the edges. Meanwhile, chop the chocolate square into chip sized bits. When the cream begins to simmer, remove from the heat and add all of the chocolates and the butter. Stir until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth. Add vanilla, cover and chill until firm. When firm, scoop out balls with a small cookie scoop or melon baller. Place on parchment paper. Chill again until firm. Cut candy coating into small pieces and melt as package directs. Dip the truffles into the candy coating and place on parchment, then chill until hardened. Store at room temperature.
