Recipe Description
These little meatballs are made with ground turkey, so they are lower in fat. The soy sauce and nutmeg give them just the right amount of flavor.

Ingredients

2 Tablespoon(T)  low sodium soy sauce
1/4 Cup(c)  water
1/2 Clove(clv)  garlic, minced
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  nutmeg, grated
1 Pound(lb)  extra lean ground turkey

Preparation

Combine the soy sauce, water, minced garlic and nutmeg in a large bowl and stir. Add the ground turkey and mix lightly but thoroughly. Preheat the oven to 350° F. Form into meatballs 1 inch in diameter. Arrange meatballs in a baking dish lightly sprayed with non stick spray. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes. Place on a heated tray or in a chafing dish and serve with toothpicks.
