1 Dash(ds)  lemon juice
1   granny smith apple, unpeeled and coarsely chopped
1 Cup(c)  fat free mayonnaise
1/2 Cup(c)  mango chutney
8   boneless skinless chicken breasts, split, cooked and cubed
2   ribs celery, coarsely chopped
4   green onions, coarsely chopped
1/2 Cup(c)  red seedless grapes, sliced
1/4 Cup(c)  toasted pecans, chopped
2 Cup(c)  brown rice, cooked


Sprinkle lemon juice over apple. In a small bowl, thoroughly blend mayonnaise and chutney. In a large bowl combine chutney mixture with chicken, celery, onions, apple, grapes, pecans and rice. Serve chilled.
