Recipe Description
This is a tasty copy cat recipe of the world famous Cinnabon. These buns are light fluffy and full of flavor. I haven't meant anyone yet who hasn't loved this recipe. These rolls are a must try! These tasty cinnamon rolls can be made quicly and easily in a bread machine.

1 Package(pk)  cream cheese 3 oz
1/3 Cup(c)  softened butter
1 Cup(c)  brown sugar packed
2 1/2 Teaspoon(t)  bread machine yeast
1 Teaspoon(t)  salt
1 1/2 Cup(c)  sugar
4 1/2 Cup(c)  bread flour
1 Cup(c)  milk - warm
1/3 Cup(c)  butter
2   eggs
1/4 Cup(c)  butter room temperature
1 1/2 Cup(c)  powdered sugar
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  table salt
3/4 Teaspoon(t)  vanilla extract


Place dough ingredients into bread pan and mix together at medium speed.

After the dough has doubled in size turn it out onto a lightly floured surface, cover and let rest for 10 minutes.

In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon . This will later be used as roll filling.

Roll dough into a 16x21 inch rectangle.

Spread dough with 1/3 cup butter and sprinkle evenly with sugar/cinnamon mixture.

Roll up dough and cut into 12 rolls. Place rolls in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Cover and let rise until nearly doubled, about 30 minutes

Prior to baking preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Bake rolls in preheated oven until golden brown, about 15 minutes.

To make frosting: While rolls are baking, beat together cream cheese, 1/4 cup butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract and salt. Spread frosting on warm rolls before serving.

Allow a couple minutes to cool, serve and enjoy.
