Cinnamon Rolls

Recipe Description
Warm, gooey and sweet cinnamon rolls that are a great addition to breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients

2 Package(pk)  dry yeast
2 Tablespoon(T)  sugar
1 Pinch(pn)  salt
2 1/2 Cup(c)  warm water
5 Cup(c)  flour
1 Package(pk)  yellow cake mix
1/4 Cup(c)  margarine, melted
1 Cup(c)  brown sugar
2 Teaspoon(t)  cinnamon

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix first 6 ingredients together.

Knead until elastic.

Let dough rise for 3 hours.

Roll out dough to approximately 1/2" thickness.

Spread 1/4 cup melted margarine, brown sugar and cinnamon on dough.

Roll up and cut in to 1" slices.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
