3/4 Cup(c)  sugar
1/4 Cup(c)  cornstarch
1/4 Cup(c)  cocoa powder
2 1/4 Cup(c)  skim milk
2 Tablespoon(T)  margarine
1 Teaspoon(t)  vanilla extract


In a medium sized saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch, and cocoa. Stir until the cornstarch is well blended. Slowly stir in the milk until well mixed. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens and boils. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in the margarine and vanilla. Pour into 4 individual serving dishes. Lay a piece of wax paper over each pudding to prevent a film from forming. Serve warm or chilled.
