Cobb Turkey Salad

This is the perfect summer salad for one person, or perhaps two people as the portions are light.

4 Cup(c)  romaine lettuce, chopped
2 Ounce(oz)  deli turkey breast
2 Ounce(oz)  cooked chicken
1   hard boiled egg
1/2   small tomato
1/2   california avocado
2 Ounce(oz)  blue cheese, crumbled
3 Slice(sli)  bacon, cooked and drained


Arrange the lettuce in a bed on a plate or a couple of plates, if you're going to call this two servings. Cut the turkey into strips or cubes. Slice the egg, tomato and avocado. Arrange the various ingredients in stripes or in spoke fashion on the bed or beds of lettuce. Top with dressing of your choice.
