2   ripe avocados, halved and pitted
2 Cup(c)  chicken stock or broth
2 Tablespoon(T)  lemon juice
1/2 Cup(c)  plain non fat yogurt
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  salt
3 Drop(dr)  tabasco sauce
1/4 Cup(c)  cashews, chopped


Scoop out avocado pulp and put in food processor along with stock, lemon juice, yogurt, salt and Tabasco sauce. Process until smooth. Transfer to another container, cover, and refrigerate for several hours. Ladle into chilled bowls and sprinkle with nuts.
