Ingredients

1/4 Cup(c)  soy milk
3 Ounce(oz)  non dairy semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped, melted and cooled
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  baking powder
1 Tablespoon(T)  arrowroot powder
1 Pinch(pn)  fine sea salt
1/2 Cup(c)  raw sugar
1 Cup(c)  quick cooking oats
1 Cup(c)  whole roasted almonds

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350° F. Have a large rimmed baking sheet handy. Place the almonds, oats, sugar, salt, arrowroot and baking powder in your food processor. Process until finely ground. Add the chocolate and milk. Process until thoroughly mixed. Crumble evenly onto the baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes, stirring once halfway through. Let cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a tightly closed container. Store in the fridge once completely cooled.
