Recipe Description
Serve this dessert-style salad in saucer shaped champagne glasses or pretty glass bowls. Ladle it over slices of angel food cake for an easy shortcake.

20 Ounce(oz)  chunk pineapple in unsweetened juice, undrained
4 Ounce(oz)  mandarin orange segments, undrained
2   bananas, sliced
2 Cup(c)  strawberries, halved
1 1/2   seedless green grapes, halved
1 Cup(c)  fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed and drained
4 Ounce(oz)  instant vanilla pudding and pie filling mix
1/4 Cup(c)  granola

Preparation

Drain pineapple and orange segments, reserving liquid in small bowl. In large bowl, combine all fruit. Sprinkle pudding mix into reserved liquid. Mix until combined and slightly thickened. Fold into fruit until well combined. Sprinkle with granola.
