Quiche Recipes

While quiche is often thought to be a French creation, these savory pastries were actually part of early English cuisine. Quiche is an excellent dish to serve throughout the day, and can be prepared as a whole pie, or made in small, individualized servings. Everything from custard, cheese, meats, fruits and vegetables are used in quiche, so they are certain to please a variety of palates.
