Biscotti Recipes

The Italian cookie known as biscotti, enjoys great popularity in many countries. Meaning twice baked, biscotti can be made into round cookies or made into oblong loaf shapes. Almonds, pistachios, hazelnuts, pine nuts, spices and seeds are common, traditional biscotti ingredients. Becasue of their dry texture, biscotti keep well for longer term storage.
