Lamb Recipes

Lamb is a very popular meat in numerous Eurpoean, Middle Eastern and Mediterranean countries. Spring, or young lamb is highly prized for grilling or baking in chop form. Mutton, or older lamb, is used in traditional stews, or can be braised for increased tenderness. Leg of lamb is often braised or roasted whole.
