Grains Recipes

Edible grains take on many different forms. Wheat, oats, rice, corn, millet, teff, barley and rye are cultivated throughout the world and used for cooking. Almost all meals feature some sort of grain, whether in whole form or ground into flour. Grains provide people with a viable source of nutrition as well as a tradeable commodity.
