Vegetarian Soups and Stews Recipes

When it comes to vegetarian soups and stews, a great multitude of choices exist. Hearty stews made thick with vegetables, or protein laden beans and lentils are great vegetarian choices. Soups are generally thinner in texture, but vegetable broth and chunks of creamy tofu make great vegetarian serving partners.
