Recipe Description
This dip is wonderful served with fresh sliced apples, pears, bananas and whole strawberries.

Ingredients

1/2 Cup(c)  sour cream
1/4 Cup(c)  light molasses
8 Ounce(oz)  cream cheese, softened
1/3 Cup(c)  brown sugar
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  nutmeg
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  ginger, ground
2 Tablespoon(T)  candied ginger, chopped

Preparation

In medium bowl, beat cream cheese until light and ftuffy.  Gradually add sour cream, beating until smooth.  Add sugar and beat well.  Gradually add molasses and beat until smooth.  Stir in remaining ingredients.  Cover and chill for at least 3 hours before serving with fresh fruit.
