1/2 Cup(c)  plain non fat yogurt
1 Teaspoon(t)  fresh chives, minced
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  kosher salt
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  pepper, freshly ground
1 Tablespoon(T)  lemon juice
1 Tablespoon(T)  white wine vinegar
2   cucumbers, peeled, seeded and sliced

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients and allow to rest for about 1 hour before serving.
