2 Cup(c)  curried millet
1 Cup(c)  tomatoes, chopped
3/4 Cup(c)  cucumber, chopped
1/2 Cup(c)  fresh peas, cooked
1/4 Cup(c)  scallions, white and green parts, sliced
2 Tablespoon(T)  cider vinegar
1 1/2 Tablespoon(T)  vegetable oil


Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and toss to combine.
