1 Cup(c)  sun dried tomatoes, chopped
1 Cup(c)  shiitake mushrooms, sliced
1   medium onion, chopped
16 Ounce(oz)  alfredo sauce
1 Cup(c)  cooked chicken breast, chopped
1 Cup(c)  ham, shredded
1 Pound(lb)  cooked penne pasta
1 Tablespoon(T)  oregano, dried
1 Tablespoon(T)  thyme, dried
1/4 Cup(c)  garlic, minced
1 Cup(c)  parmesan cheese, shredded

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Combine all the ingredients except the Parmesan cheese in a lightly greased 13 by 9 inch baking dish. Top with the Parmesan. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, until the top begins to brown.
