Deviled "egg" Salad

Ingredients

10 Ounce(oz)  extra firm tofu, drained, pressed and crumbled
2 Tablespoon(T)  prepared yellow mustard
1/2 Cup(c)  extra virgin olive oil
1 Teaspoon(t)  white miso
1 Teaspoon(t)  garlic powder
1 Teaspoon(t)  paprika
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  turmeric
1 Pinch(pn)  salt, to taste
1 Pinch(pn)  pepper, to taste

Preparation

Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor and puree until very smooth. Serve on a sandwich, spread on crackers. or make tofu deviled eggs!
