This easy bread machine recipe creates a perfect loaf of mild flavored Dijon and thyme bread. Ideal for sandwiches, or paired with your favorite tapanade spread.

1 Cup(c)  water
3 Tablespoon(T)  dijon mustard
3 Tablespoon(T)  vegetable oil
1 Cup(c)  bread flour
3 Tablespoon(T)  sugar
1 Teaspoon(t)  salt
1 Teaspoon(t)  thyme leaves, dried
2 Teaspoon(t)  bread machine yeast

Preparation

Make 1 1/2 pound recipe for bread machines that use 3 cups flour, or make 1 pound recipe for bread machines that use 2 cups flour. Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select basic/white cycle. Use medium or light crust color. Remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack.
