Ice cream never goes out of season or style. Especially when it's part of a mint hot fudge brownie creation!

2 Ounce(oz)  unsweetened chocolate
5 Ounce(oz)  semi sweet choclate
1/3 Cup(c)  hot water
1/4 Cup(c)  corn syrup
3/4 Teaspoon(t)  mint extract
4   brownies
12 Ounce(oz)  vanilla ice cream


Break chocolate up into small parts. Stir both chocolates in top of double boiler over barely simmering water until melted. Add 1/3 cup hot water, corn syrup and extract; whisk until smooth. Remove from over water. Cool slightly. Take prepared brownie and scoop of ice cream and drizzle with mint sauce. Garnish with mint and serve.
