10   potatoes
1   onion
2 Slice(sli)  bacon
2 Tablespoon(T)  vinegar
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  salt


Boil potatoes in their skins, then remove when cold. Dice or slice them, then add sliced onion. Dice the bacon and fry the pieces until crisp. Add the vinegar and salt. Pour this over the potato, mix well, and serve hot.
