96 Teaspoon(t)  whipping cream
1 Teaspoon(t)  vanilla
4 Package(pk)  artificial sweetener (more or less according to taste)
1   unsweetened baking chocolate

Preparation

Melt chocolate in microwave, stirring frequently. Meanwhile, whip the cream, vanilla, and sweetener with an electric mixer, until soft peaks form. Add a little cream to the chocolate to thin. Fold chocolate mixture into whipping cream.

Additional notes

Note: Use less whipping cream if you want a darker, more intense mousse, with smaller servings. Add more if you want a lighter mousse that's more like chocolate whipped cream.
