Recipe Description
This fondue is sweet, creamy and rich!  Keep it warm in the slow cooker for easier dipping.

Ingredients

4   apples, sliced
14   pound cake squares
28 Ounce(oz)  sweetened condensed milk
28 Ounce(oz)  caramels

Preparation

Place caramels in a 3 quart slow cooker.  Stir in condensed milk.  Cover and cook on low for 3 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally, until caramels melt and mixture is smooth.  Serve with apple slices and pound cake squares.

Additional notes

Reheat any leftovers in the microwave, stirring at one minute intervals until heated through.
