4   whole grain english muffins
2 Cup(c)  tomato sauce
1/2 Cup(c)  butternut squash
1 Cup(c)  mozzarella cheese


Preheat the oven to 375° F. Place the English muffin halves cut side up onto a baking sheet. Combine 2 cups of tomato sauce and 1/2 cup butternut squash. (For older children, you can use 1/4 cup shredded fresh carrots to mix with tomato sauce.) Spoon about 1/4 cup of this sauce onto each muffin half. Top each muffin half with 1/8 cup mozzarella cheese and allow your children to add their own toppings and design their own pizzas. Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven until the cheese is melted and browned on the edges.
