Kosher Recipes

This kugel goes together quickly, and makes an excellent side dish to almost any entree.

My friend Linda shared this recipe with me. She heralds from Hungary, where knaidlach was eaten as part of monthly meals. If you are serving a dairy meal, use seltzer water when mixing the matzah

This strudel has been made in our house for years. I wanted to share the recipe and I hope you enjoy it as much as my family does.

These latkes are kosher for Passover, so long as kosher ingredients are used.  Serve traditionally with sour cream and applesauce, or go chipotle crazy, and serve with chipotle ranch dressing. 

This simple dish can be molded into a variety of shapes to suit Black Fast.  It is traditionally served encircled by tart raspberry jam.
