Recipe Description
This all white flour bread has added fiber from the flaxseed meal, and excellent flavor from the raisins and other ingredients. It's easy to put together for your bread machine.

Ingredients

1/2 Cup(c)  black seedless raisins, packedt
2 1/2 Teaspoon(t)  bread machine yeast
1/3 Tablespoon(T)  white granulated sugar
1 Teaspoon(t)  granulated onion
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  ascorbic acid
1 Tablespoon(T)  vital wheat gluten flour
3 Tablespoon(T)  flaxseed meal
2 Tablespoon(T)  granular lecithin
1/4 Cup(c)  potato flour
2 3/4 Cup(c)  unbleached bread flour
1 Teaspoon(t)  vanilla extract
1 Tablespoon(T)  extra virgin olive oil
1 Tablespoon(T)  cider vinegar
1 Tablespoon(T)  warm low sodium water, 100° to 105° f
1 Tablespoon(T)  warm low sodium water, 100° to 105° f

Preparation

Place all ingredients into the bread machine pan in the order listed, except for the raisins. Keep the yeast dry on top of the dry ingredients. Set the machine for 2 pound loaf, medium crust, white bread, or if you have it, set on fruits and nuts. At the sound of the add fruit buzzer, add the 1/2 cup of raisins. When the bread is done, transfer to a rack and cool. Store in a tightly sealed plastic ziplock bag. This bread freezes well.
