Recipe Description
This can be served warm like a fondue for dipping fruits such as bananas, pineapple, melons or dried fruits. It can also be chilled and used as a dip for a fruit tray, in which case you may want to thin with additional orange juice.

Ingredients

6 Tablespoon(T)  lemon juice, or to taste
1/2 Cup(c)  orange juice
1/2 Cup(c)  sweet sherry
1 Cup(c)  currant jelly
1 1/2   cold water
6 Tablespoon(T)  sugar
1/4 Cup(c)  cornstarch

Preparation

Place cornstarch, sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

Cook until mixture is thickened and sugar is dissolved.

Add remaining ingredients and stir until smooth.
