Recipe Description
Okay so you probably don't have to try very hard to get kids to eat popcorn, but they'll still love this unique twist on traditionally unhealthy movie or microwave popcorn. Watch out though, you may find you're eating more of this than the kids!

Ingredients

1/2 Cup(c)  unpopped popcorn kernels
1 Tablespoon(T)  vegetable oil
2 Tablespoon(T)  parmesan cheese, grated
1 Teaspoon(t)  garlic salt

Preparation

In a large saucepan, heat the oil on high heat. Add one kernel and wait until it pops. When it does, add the rest of the popcorn and cover. Shaking the pan, allow the popcorn to pop until the popping dies out almost completely. Transfer to a large bowl and toss with the Parmesan and garlic salt. Serve immediately.
