Need a little something to drunk into all those yummy dips? Or, maybe you'd like to serve up something a little more unique than regular old garlic bread with your spaghetti. Try these little guys.

1/4 Ounce(oz)  active dry yeast
1 Tablespoon(T)  granulated sugar
1 Cup(c)  warm water
3 Cup(c)  all purpose flour
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  salt
1/4 Cup(c)  extra virgin olive oil
1 Tablespoon(T)  garlic, minced
1 Tablespoon(T)  parsley, dried


Mix together the yeast, sugar, and warm water. Let stand for 10 minutes. In a mixing bowl. combine the flour and salt. Add the olive oil, garlic and parsley to the yeast mixture. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and knead until a nice dough ball is formed. Lightly oil the dough, cover loosely with plastic wrap. and let rise for 1 hour. Punch down the dough and divide into 16 equal pieces. Heat a dry, nonstick frying pan or skillet over high heat. Roll out each piece of dough to 1/8 inch thick, and shape into a round. Place in the frying pan, 2 or 3 at a time, and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes per side.
