Garlic Parmesean Mashed Red Potatoes

These potatoes have pizazz great change from typical mashed potatoes.

1 Cup(c)  parmesean cheese
1/2 Cup(c)  low fat milk warmed
2 Tablespoon(T)  butter
4 Clove(clv)  garlic peeled
8   red potatoes medium


Peel 1/2 potatoes. Leave others with skin on. Place potatoes and garlic in a large saucepan; cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes Potatoes should be tender to touch with fork. Drain well. Warm butter and milk, add to potatoes, mash. when to desired consistency stir in cheese. Taste, add salt and pepper to taste.
