Recipe Description
Pork tenderloin makes a memorable roast. This recipe was waht my used ot make for us on Sunday for dinner.

Serves To:USMetric
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  thyme
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  marjoram
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  sage
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  garlic powder
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  onion powder
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  ground gingerfresh-ground black pepper to
2 Tablespoon(T)  soy sauce
1 Tablespoon(T)  worcestershiresauce
5 1/2 Pound(lb)  pork tenderloin


Place all dry ingredients in a small bowl.

Add soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce and mix well.

Spread mixture evenly over meat and allow to marinate for an hour or two in the refrigerator.

Roast at 350 degrees until internal temperature reaches I70°F (about 45 minutes).

To serve, slice in 1/4-inch pieces and arrange on a platter with rice or vegetables.
