Recipe Description
This popular recipe will disappear fast when serving a crowd, so be sure to make plenty.  Keep it warm in a chafing dish, and serve with lots of napkins!

Ingredients

1 Tablespoon(T)  sesame seeds, for garnish
2 Tablespoon(T)  dry sherry
2 Clove(clv)  garlic, minced
1 Teaspoon(t)  fresh ginger, minced
1/2 Cup(c)  brown sugar, packed
1/2 Cup(c)  soy sauce
1   small onion, chopped
2 Pound(lb)  chicken wings

Preparation

Disjoint chicken wings and discard tips.  Place wing parts in a baking dish.  In a food processor or blender, combine remaining ingredients.  Pour over chicken, and if time permits, marinate for at least 1 hour.  Bake in a 350 degree F oven for 1 hour.  Keep warm in a chafing dish and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
