1/2 Cup(c)  fresh blueberries
2   apples, cored and grated
1 Tablespoon(T)  clear honey
1 Cup(c)  2% milk
1 Cup(c)  plain yogurt
1/2 Cup(c)  apple juice
2 Tablespoon(T)  almonds, slivered
2 Tablespoon(T)  raisins
5 Tablespoon(T)  rolled oats


Mix together the oats, raisins, almonds, and apple juice and allow to stand for a few minutes, until the juice is absorbed. Stir the yogurt, milk, honey and grated apple into the oats and leave to stand for 15 minutes. Stir in the blueberries and serve.
