2 Cup(c)  fresh bread crumbs from italian or french bread
1/2 Cup(c)  fresh parsley, chopped
2 Tablespoon(T)  lemon zest, grated
1 Tablespoon(T)  parmesan cheese, freshly grated
1 Tablespoon(T)  extra virgin olive oil
1 Teaspoon(t)  tarragon, dried
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  salt
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  basil, dried
1/4 Tablespoon(T)  black pepper, freshly ground


In a medium bowl, combine bread crumbs, parsley, lemon zest, cheese, oil, tarragon, salt, basil and pepper. Taste and adjust seasonings, if needed.
