This can be served as a dip for chips, with baked chicken or to top off a bed of lettuce.

2   large avocados, pitted and peeled
2 Tablespoon(T)  fat free plain yogurt
1/8 Teaspoon(t)  garlic powder
1 Teaspoon(t)  lemon juice
1/3 Cup(c)  green chilies, chopped
3 Dash(ds)  hot sauce, to taste
1/2   small onion, chopped
1   small tomato, chopped


Mash the avocado in a food processor.  Add the yogurt, garlic powder, lemon juice, green chilies, hot sauce, onion and tomato.  Puree in the processor until smooth.

Additional notes

This dip is best if refrigerated for 2 days to allow the flavors to blend.
