2 | Tablespoon(T) | fat free plain yogurt | |
1/8 | Teaspoon(t) | garlic powder | |
1 | Teaspoon(t) | lemon juice | |
1/3 | Cup(c) | green chilies, chopped | |
3 | Dash(ds) | hot sauce, to taste | |
1/2 | small onion, chopped | ||
1 | small tomato, chopped |
Preparation
Mash the avocado in a food processor. Add the yogurt, garlic powder, lemon juice, green chilies, hot sauce, onion and tomato. Puree in the processor until smooth.
Additional notes
This dip is best if refrigerated for 2 days to allow the flavors to blend.
