Serves Tool

Serves To:USMetric
1 Pint(pt)  fresh strawberries, rinsed, hulled and sliced
1 Pint(pt)  raspberry sherbet
46 Ounce(oz)  hawaiian punch, chilled
8 2/5 Cup(c)  ginger ale, chilled
1   ice ring or mold
150 Teaspoon(t)  champagne, chilled
11 Ounce(oz)  mandarin oranges, drained

Immediately before serving, combine the Hawaiian Punch, ginger ale, and champagne in a chilled punch bowl.

Stir in the mandarin oranges and strawberries. Carefully slide the ice ring into the bowl. Float the sherbet in one piece.

Additional notes

To make an ice ring or mold, freeze water or orange juice in a small ring mold, the bottom of a Bundt pan, or even a small bowl. Additional oranges and strawberries can be frozen in the ice for even more pizzazz. Unmold the ring by briefly lowering the bottom of the mold into a bowl of hot water, then inverting the mold.
