Ingredients

1 Cup(c)  nuts, chopped (optional)
1/2 Cup(c)  orange juice
1 1/3 Cup(c)  bananas, mashed
2   eggs
3/4 Cup(c)  honey
1/2 Cup(c)  canola oil
1 Teaspoon(t)  baking soda
1 Teaspoon(t)  baking powder
3 Cup(c)  wheat flour

Preparation

In a small bowl, mix together all of the dry ingredients. In a large bowl, mix oil and honey. If you put the oil in the measuring cup first and the put the honey in, the honey won't stick to the sides of the cup. Add dry ingredients and mix together. Add the eggs, bananas and orange juice, combine nuts at this time if you wish. Mix only well enough to combine the ingredients. Pour into a greased and floured pan, 1 large or 3 small. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
