1 1/2 Pound(lb)  beef stew meat, cut into 1 inch pieces
56 Ounce(oz)  reduced sodium beef broth
1 Cup(c)  frozen onion, chopped
1 Cup(c)  baby carrots, sliced 1/2 inch thick
2   ribs celery, diced
3/4 Cup(c)  pearl barley
2 Ounce(oz)  meat loaf seasoning mix


In a 4 quart slow cooker, stir together beef stew meat, beef broth, onion, carrots, celery, barley and meat loaf seasoning mix, until thoroughly combined. Cover and cook on low heat setting for 8 to 10 hours.
