Recipe Description
Serve the herbed chicken in a pita pocket with a dollop of sour cream or plain yogurt, and some chopped fresh tomato or chopped bell pepper.  Or, eat as chicken strips and serve with chips.  Great either way!

4   boneless, chicken breast halves, cut into long, thin strips
1 Tablespoon(T)  oil
1/8 Teaspoon(t)  sage, ground
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  dried rosemary leaves, crushed
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  salt
1/3 Cup(c)  all purpose flour
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  onion powder


In shallow bowl, combine flour, onion powder, salt, rosemary and sage.  Mix well.  Generously coat chicken pieces with flour mixture.  Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat until hot.  Add chicken.  Reduce heat to medium.  Cook and stir 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned on all sides and no longer pink.
