Here's Johnny Tangy Caramelized Mushrooms

Recipe Description
You will want to smother these over your next burger, filiet mignon, chicken breast or just over the top of rice alone.  I make these to impress all of my dinner guests, even those who hate mushrooms like myself.

Ingredients

Serves To:USMetric
3 Carton(ct)  buttontop mushrooms
6 Ounce(oz)  balsamic vinigar
6 Ounce(oz)  honey
6 Ounce(oz)  soy sauce
1 Tablespoon(T)  garlic salt
3 Tablespoon(T)  sriracha

Preparation

1) Slice your mushrooms to about 1/4 thick

2) Add all mushrooms into a large non-stick frying pan

3) Add all other ingredients

4) Stir once per minute so nothing burns at the bottom of the concoction

5) Continue cooking over a medium heat until the liquid thickens and the mushrooms have shrunken to 1/3 of the size they started

6) Poor over your main dish when hot.

Additional notes

The "Here's Johnny Tangy Caramelized Mushrooms" are amazing and made with balsamic vinigar, honey, soy sauce, buttontop mushrooms, sriracha and garlic salt
