Children love to dip!  This is a quick and easy yogurt dip that can be used with fruit or with vegetables.  Dips can be a great way to increase your children's intake of healthy fruits and vegetables.

2 Teaspoon(t)  wildflower honey
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  cinnamon

Preparation

Combine and stir all ingredients until smooth.  Drizzle over fruit, or use as a dip.
