1 Cup(c)  mayonnaise
17 Ounce(oz)  artichoke hearts
1   green onions, finely chopped
1 Cup(c)  water chestnuts, chopped
2 Cup(c)  parmesan cheese, grated
1 Cup(c)  sour cream


Cut artichoke hearts into small pieces.  Combine with remaining ingredients, mix well and place in a baking dish.  Bake at 350 degree for 35 minutes.  Keep warm while serving.
