Recipe Description
Make these mini nachos in advance.  They will stay fresh in the refrigerator for two days.  Just take out as many tortilla chips as you want, spoon on the topping, and broil.  Makes a nice afternoon snack, a great appetizer, party finger food, or healthful snack (for a change!) while watching the ball game on TV.

Ingredients

2 Ounce(oz)  reduced fat cream cheese, softened
1/3 Cup(c)  chunky taco sauce
3/4 Cup(c)  reduced fat cheddar cheese
1/4 Cup(c)  fresh cilantro, minced
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  garlic powder
3/4 Cup(c)  tomato, seeded and finely diced
1/4 Cup(c)  green onion, minced
10 Ounce(oz)  turkey, fresh or canned
24   large fat free tortilla chips

Preparation

Mash cream cheese in a bowl until smooth.  Add turkey, and shred with a fork.  Stir in taco sauce, green onion, cilantro and garlic powder.  Cover and refrigerate.  To serve, arrange tortilla chips on a baking sheet.  Spoon 1 1/2 tablespoons turkey mixture on each chip.  Sprinkle each with 1/2 tablespoon tomato and 1/2 tablespoon cheese.  Broil 6 inches from heat source 1 minute or until cheese melts.
