This beer is a great nonalcoholic beverage offering at parties. Sweet, tangy and refreshing!

Ingredients

2 Teaspoon(t)  yeast
6 Gallon(gal)  water
5   lemons, rind and juice
3 Ounce(oz)  ginger, bruised
5 Pound(lb)  sugar

Preparation

Put all ingredients into a pan which holds 6 gallons of water. Fill up with boiling water. Cover. When cold, strain off. Take a large round of toast, on which put 2 teaspoonfuls of good yeast, cover, let it stand till next day. Strain again, and bottle.
