Jerusalem Chicken Salad

Ingredients

2 Cup(c)  jerusalem artichokes, cooked and diced
2 Cup(c)  chicken, diced
1/4 Cup(c)  french dressing
1/2 Cup(c)  radishes, sliced

Preparation

Cook the artichokes in salted water for 40 minutes. Let cool and dice. Combine with the radishes, then with the chicken and French dressing.
